How to Set Up Your Pup Finder Tag

No app required. Just scan your Pup Finder tag with your phone camera, create or log in to your account, and activate your pet's digital safety profile.

Setup Steps

Six quick steps from unboxing to activated.

    Scan Your Tag

    Open your smartphone camera and point it at the QR code on your Pup Finder tag. When the link appears, tap it to begin.

    No app download is required. Pup Finder works directly in your browser.

    Create or Log In to Your Account

    If you are new to Pup Finder, follow the prompts to create your account. If you already have an account, log in and continue.

    Add or Select Your Pet

    Create a new pet profile or choose an existing pet from your account. This connects the tag to the right pet.

    Complete the Pet Profile

    Add your pet's name, photo, important notes, and safe contact details. Double-check everything so a finder has the right information if your pet is ever lost.

    Activate the Tag

    Once your information is complete, confirm the activation. Your Pup Finder tag will now open your pet's public safety profile when scanned.

    Test the Tag

    Scan the tag one more time after activation to make sure it opens the correct pet profile.
